• Any size exchange will be subject to our applicable Exchange Policy and product eligibility requirements.

5. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are advised to inspect the parcel and product condition immediately upon delivery.

• If the package appears opened, torn, damaged, or tampered with, the issue should be reported to the delivery representative before accepting the parcel.

• Customers may be requested to provide clear photos or videos of the package and product when reporting a delivery-related issue.

6. Exchange Policy

• An exchange may be considered in the following situations:
  Manufacturing defect.

• Wrong product delivered.

• Wrong size sent by Moon Mart.

• Other issues approved by our Customer Support Team.

• For an exchange:
  The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must not be washed, ironed, altered, or damaged.

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories should remain intact where applicable.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within the applicable exchange period.

• Delivery or courier charges may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.

Products that have been used, washed, ironed, altered, damaged, or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

7. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

• Customers must contact our Customer Support Team within the specified period if they experience an eligible issue with their order.

• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected, where applicable.

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned through the applicable payment method within the specified processing time.

• Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required under the applicable policy.

8. Delivery Policy

• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, traffic, holidays, and other circumstances.

• Delivery dates provided by Moon Mart are estimates and are not guaranteed in every situation.

• If additional delivery is required because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery address, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• If a customer refuses to receive a shipped parcel or fails to receive it without a valid reason, applicable delivery, return, or courier charges may be charged to the customer.

• Moon Mart reserves the right to restrict future orders from customers who repeatedly place and refuse orders.
